1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Registration & Account

• Provide your full name, date of birth, address, email address, and a valid mobile number;
• Not hold any other active or closed bet345 account linked to the same CPF, email address, or phone number;
• Not be enrolled in any self-exclusion program or have previously requested account closure due to problem gambling.

Only one is allowed one account per CPF. Creating multiple accounts under the same user — regardless of the information used — is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties, including the suspension of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any bonuses and cashback balances accumulated.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

A bet345 is required, under security and regulatory compliance standards, to verify the identity of its users before processing withdrawals. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer) and may include a request for the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, passport, or professional ID issued by a federal council);

5 Deposits

A bet345 accepts the following deposit methods, all processed exclusively in BRL (R$):

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. Pix deposits are credited to the wallet instantly. Bank slip deposits may take up to 2 business days to clear. Credit card deposits are subject to approval by the card operator.

Bet345 does not charge fees on deposits. However, card operator or bank fees may be applied by those institutions — and are the sole responsibility of the User. The platform accepts deposits made from bank accounts or digital wallets held in the name of the bet345 account holder. Deposits made by third parties may be reversed and subject to additional verification.

6 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal at bet345, the User must have completed the identity verification process (KYC) and have an available wallet balance equal to the requested amount. The primary withdrawal method is Pix, with processing in up to 5 minutes for regular users and up to 2 minutes for Diamond members of the VIP Program.

General withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30,00;
• Withdrawals are made exclusively to the bank account or Pix key held in the name of the bet345 account holder — transfers to third-party accounts are not accepted;
• Bonus balances may only be withdrawn after the required rollover has been fully met;

General Sports Betting rules:

• The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet — any subsequent fluctuations do not affect already confirmed bets;
• If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled if the event has not yet started, related bets are cancelled and the full amount is returned to the wallet;
• If an event starts and is then interrupted, settlement rules depend on the amount of playing time completed and the specific market — please refer to the terms for each sport in the help center;
• Bets placed as a result of technical odds errors (odds clearly outside standard market range) may be cancelled by bet345, with the full staked amount refunded;
• Bets suspected of involvement in match-fixing may be blocked or voided at any time, including after settlement, if evidence comes to light at a later stage.

The Cash Out allows you to close a bet before the event ends, receiving a value calculated based on the current result and real-time odds. This feature is subject to availability by market and may be disabled during periods of instability in live event data.

8 Casino & Online Games

10 bet345 VIP Program

The VIP Program of bet345 is an automatic loyalty program with five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Every registered user starts at the Bronze tier and moves up as they accumulate points by placing bets on the platform.

VIP Program Conditions:

• VIP Points are earned for every BRL wagered across any bet345 product — Sports Betting, slots, jackpots, blackjack, Live Casino, and crash games;
• Level upgrades happen automatically once your points balance reaches the minimum threshold for the next level;
• The weekly cashback is calculated on net losses from the previous 7 days (Monday through Sunday) and credited to the wallet every Monday — no request needed;
• Cashback balance can be used on any game on the platform or withdrawn with a minimum 1x rollover;
• VIP level is reviewed monthly. To retain your current level, you must meet the corresponding minimum wagering volume. Two consecutive months below the minimum may result in a demotion to the next level down;

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on bet345 and may result in immediate account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account or using a third party's identity to create or operate accounts;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity;
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an undue technical advantage;
• Systematically exploiting technical errors or odds glitches in bad faith;
• Coordinating bets with other users to manipulate market outcomes or abuse promotions;
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from locations where the service is unavailable, using VPNs or other means of location concealment;
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account;
• Filing a chargeback with your card operator without prior notice to bet345.

Bet345 uses automated systems and manual review to identify suspicious behavior. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will have withdrawals blocked during the investigation. 12 Account Closure

Bet345 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from bets placed by the User — the outcome of any wager is solely the User's responsibility;
• Internet connection failures or device issues on the User's end that prevent access to the platform;
• Payment processing delays caused by third parties (banks, card networks, payment service providers);
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or any loss not directly caused by a proven act or omission on the part of bet345.

Bet345's maximum liability in any proven failure situation is limited to the amount deposited by the User in the 30 days prior to the event that caused the damage, except in cases of willful misconduct or fraud directly attributable to the company.

16 Changes to These Terms

A bet345 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via registered email and through a notification in the account dashboard. Minor changes may take effect immediately, with the updated version published on this page.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new conditions constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date — any available balance will be returned in accordance with the rules in section 12.

17 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), and the General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

Any dispute arising from these Terms that is not resolved directly between the User and bet345 shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
